“Pathways Web”, is built by the NHS Pathways team at NHS England, and is designed to enhance the understanding, training, and development of NHS Pathways.
Pathways Web is owned by the Secretary Of State for Health and Social Care, and managed by NHS England (collectively ‘we’). You are licenced to use Pathways Web subject to these terms of use.
- You will not share your username and password.
- You will not share any content from Pathways Web with anybody. Any colleagues needing access should request their own login.
- Pathways Web contains past, current and in development versions of NHS Pathways, and content is marked accordingly. It is your responsibility to ensure you are looking at the relevant content for your purposes and role.
- You will only use Pathways Web to support your training and increase awareness and understanding of NHS Pathways and in the performance of your own professional role.
- You will not use Pathways Web in a live environment to triage patients. NHS Pathways can only be used in a live environment i) when integrated into a host clinical system; and ii) by accredited users; as per the NHS Pathways licence requirements.
- We do not provide any guarantees as to the availability or fitness for your intended purposes of Pathways Web.
- We may terminate your access to Pathways Web at any point if you do not comply with these terms of use.
- We will only process personal data as outlined here: NHS Pathways-GDPR Information.
- These terms of use (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
